  • Processing: Please allow [1–3] business days for your order to be processed, packed, and quality-checked before it is handed over to our shipping carrier.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We aim for transparency in all our shipping costs. All rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our vault, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery personnel upon receipt of your package.

5. Unforeseen Delays At The Global Vault, we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that shipping times are estimates. 

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to events outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions, heavy rains, fog, or local public unrest.
